Publishers can now easily search, filter, and download a list of consumers directly from Bold CMS. This helps with reporting, analysis, and understanding your user base.
Availability
This feature is available for publisher websites that use Quintype’s authentication service Bridgekeeper for managing and authenticating website users or subscribers.
Key Capabilities
- Search for specific consumers (users or subscribers)
- Apply filters to refine the consumer list
- Download the list for analysis or reporting
How to Use
- Log in to Bold CMS.
- Go to Workspace → Consumers.
- On the right-hand side, click the Filter option.
- From the dropdown, select Created At → Custom Range.
- Choose the required date range using the calendar.
- Click Apply
Once the filter is applied, an email will be sent with a download link for the consumer list.
