The Sign-In Settings section allows you to configure how users authenticate on your website, customize the sign-in experience, and manage user sessions.
- Sign-In Methods: Under the Sign In Dropdown, you can choose which authentication methods are available to your users.
- Mobile & OTP - Enable this option to allow users to sign in using their mobile number and a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Google - Enable Google Sign-In to allow users to authenticate using their Google account.
- Facebook - Enable Facebook Sign-In to allow users to authenticate using their Facebook account.
- LinkedIn - Enable LinkedIn Sign-In to allow users to authenticate using their LinkedIn account.
- Apple - Enable Apple Sign-In to allow users to authenticate using their Apple account.
You can enable one or multiple sign-in methods based on your business and audience requirements.
Default Country Code: The Default Country Code setting is used when Mobile & OTP authentication is enabled.
Select the country code that should be preselected for users when entering their mobile number. This helps streamline the login experience for your primary audience.
Example:
- India (+91)
- United States (+1)
- United Kingdom (+44)
Sign-In Button Color: Use the Button Color setting to customize the appearance of the Sign In button.
This allows you to align the authentication experience with your brand guidelines and website design.
Success Messages & Error Handling
You can customize the messages displayed to users during the authentication process to match your brand voice and communication style.
Examples include:
- Success Messages
- Login successful
- OTP verified successfully
- Account authenticated successfully
- Error Messages
- Invalid OTP entered
- Authentication failed
- Unable to process request
- Something went wrong. Please try again
Customizing these messages helps create a consistent and user-friendly experience.
Session Limiting: Session Limiting helps control the number of devices on which a user can remain logged in simultaneously.
Enable Session Limiting - Turn on the Session Limiting toggle to restrict the number of active sessions allowed per user.
Maximum Allowed Sessions - Specify the maximum number of concurrent sessions a user can have.
For example:
Limit = 1 → User can stay logged in on only one device at a time.
Limit = 3 → User can stay logged in on up to three devices simultaneously.
When the session limit is exceeded, the platform automatically ends one of the existing sessions according to the configured session management rules.
Custom Session Messages: You can also customize session-related labels and messages shown to users when:
- A session expires
- The session limit is reached
- A user is logged out due to a new login
This helps maintain a consistent brand experience across authentication workflows.
For more information on session management and configuration, refer to the Session Limiting documentation.
