What is Country-Based Paywall?
This feature allows users from specific countries to access paywalled content for free. It’s useful for serving public-interest goals while keeping other content behind a paywall.

How to set it up:

1. Accesstype Configuration

1. Go to the Accesstype dashboard.
2. Navigate to Configure > Country groups.
3. Create a country group and save it.
    

2. Bold Configuration

1. In your Bold instance, go to /settings/configure/features and enable Subscription Groups.
2. Add Accesstype under Integrations using your AT account key.
3. Open a story in the Story Editor.
4. Go to Manage Inspector.
5. You’ll see a Country Group option below Access Level, with your Accesstype country groups available in the dropdown. 

Now you can control free access to stories based on the reader’s country.
