We’ve made an important update to improve editorial flexibility in BOLD - the Story-Schedule-With-Collection permission is now decoupled from the Story-Publish permission.

This means that users can now schedule and rank stories within collections independently, without needing publish access.

What’s New
Editors can now:

• Schedule and pre-rank stories within collections (both manual and automated) even before the stories are published.
• View and manage time-scheduled stories directly from the Collection Sorter.
• Ensure timely visibility — once a scheduled story is published, it will automatically appear in its assigned position within the collection.
