Whenever any comment is posted on the article, it will show up under the comment Manager. When we go to comment Manager, it will take you to “All” by default. However, you can click on “Pending”, “Approved”, “Trash”, and “Spam” to check these comments and take appropriate action. 
For example, if you want to approve a comment, then you can either go to all or go to the Pending tab and click on Approve. If you want to trash or spam a comment, then you can simply click on Trash or spam under pending or all to take action on that comment.
