Page Builder layouts can be broadly divided into Collection of Stories (COS) and Collection of Collections (COC) based on how they fetch and display content.

Collection of Stories (COS)

A COS layout is mapped to a single collection or section and displays individual stories from that source.

It can display stories as a grid, list, slider, or other supported layout.

Collection of Collections (COC)

A COC layout is mapped to a main collection containing multiple sub-collections.

Each column, tab, or row can display stories from a different collection. Therefore, the mapping in Home Collection must be a collection rather than a section.
