Feature: Country Configuration API

Added “Terms with DPA” to AccessType and Metype signup flows. New users must now agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy before creating an account. The links redirect to the Quintype website.
Steps to Verify:

1. Go to accesstype.com
2. Click Create new account
3. Enter your email and password
4. Check the box after reading the Terms and Conditions
5. Click Create account
